The Structure
The building is designed with three above-ground floors and one basement. The load-bearing structure is made of laminated wood, with beech columns and beams and spruce joists. The basement, intended for a garage and technical rooms, is made of reinforced concrete. The structure also includes a service volume to the north, which houses connections between floors, cellars, and technical rooms.
External Cladding
